The "COMPANY" refers to Trecanna Nursery.
The "BUYER" refers to the purchaser of goods and services.
The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision.
The company's price list includes UK sales tax (VAT) where applicable.
The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statue or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever.
The company's liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
We cannot accept the return of any goods other than faulty items either in exchange for other goods, or credit. All faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
To return the product(s) please email or ring from the contacts page, and quote your order number and address and reason for returning the product.
When product(s) are returned to Company and checked over then refunds/replacements can proceed.
Postage & Packaging costs can not be refunded only the product cost.
Cancellations of orders MUST be requested in first 24hrs after the purchase transaction in order for the cancellation to be accepted, any processed transactions after the 24hr period will be dispatched and unable to be cancelled.
When The Buyer completes the transaction of the order and the credit card/cheque is cleared then the product(s) will be available for dispatch until this point the order will be pending.
If there is a problem with the purchase transaction then the buyer will be informed either by phone or email.
If the buyer has a problem with the transaction then please inform the company by phone or email and will be happy to assist.
If any product is not in stock then the company will contact the buyer by phone or email to agree a dispatch date or offer a substitution. If the buyer cannot accept the dispatch date or a substitution, then the value of the product will be refunded by the company.
The 'Company' normally aims to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt, depending on the availability of stock.
We only accept British sterling (£ Pound).
THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
